We actively participate in sponsorship to promote the growth of the sport of Disc Golf (aka Frisbee Golf) in Kansas. The Kansas Disc Golf Association, headed by Chris Smith and supported by representatives in each of the five Kansas regions, as well as community leaders and tournament directors. In 2006, Kansas was home to 5 professionally sponsored disc golfers. Disc golf manufacturers DISCRAFT, INNOVA and GATEWAY each sponsor the best players of the nation. Kansas has over 25 years of heritage in the development of the sport and continues to represent the Disc Golf industry.

The Pratt Recreation Department, the Pratt Parks Department and the City of Pratt have been very supportive when it comes to local tournaments and course development. The Pratt Disc Golf Club holds league play every Sunday at 2PM at May Dennis Park on North Mound Street in Pratt, KS.
