We take pride in providing rapid response to your support requests.    Call us at 620-672-6332, us an e-mail message to find out we can help your business.

We specialize in implementing Voice Over IP (VoIP) integration into traditional office networks.    We utilize the Asterisk PBX running Linux, Polycom, SNOM, ZyXEL and AASTRA end-user VoIP Phones.    We use DIGIUM interface cards to implement 911 and fax capability, and standard POTS analog lines if desired.

What this means to everyday business is that your phone systems are based on a standardized, open technology, leaving your company with flexibility in terms of future expansion options.

When talking about VoIP, there is a common misconception regarding its reliability and quality.    The reliability and quality far exceed traditional analog telephone lines when properly configured and installed.

There are 2 main uses for VoIP in your busines:    (a) internal PBX (phone system) replacement;    and (b) virtual phone service via the Internet.

Since the internal PBX phone system utilizes your own internal network equipment, it is as reliable as your IP network.    It does not typically depend on the Internet for your phone system to function.    It uses IP protocols to coordinate your internal phone system, and traditional analog telco lines for incoming/outgoing calls.

In the virtual phone service model, great care must be taken to design the system so that it is robust.    Since it relies on your Internet to communicate outside your office, dual redundant Internet connections is highly recommended, with guaranteed bandwidth.

You can have either of these principles in your phone system, or both, or a mix of options.

VoIP with Astrisk, Linux and Digium are a rock-solid replacement option for traditional proprietary phone systems such as Nortel, Panasonic, Samsung, Lucent brands.
